After losing his job, a man and his fiancée decide to pay homage to his ancestors by recreating The Great Migration through the backwoods of Atlanta to Chicago, however, their trip takes a bizarre turn when they encounter a string of strange incidents, creatures, and eerie revelations as they fight to stay alive and go North.

Yvette Kendall is an American SciFi /Horror Novelist and Screenwriter from the south side of Chicago, Illinois. Kendall is the author of The GOD Maps, Volume One, the first installment in the Trilogy. Because of her specific writing style, Kendall went a step further and created a new SciFi sub-genre called “Biblical Futurism”. The genre has attracted a whole new audience to its unique category. Kendall has written many more mind-bending originals. Starting with Volumes II of The GOD Maps Series and "The Revelation Activation". However, her most notable accomplishment to date is that she has signed an Option deal to turn The GOD Maps into a mainstream TV Series of the same name. Kendall’s books are available online wherever books are sold. Kendall is published with Stravard Lux Publishing & Distribution Co.

The poster for NORTH was personally designed by Kendall. She thought that it aptly set the tone for the film, and that peculiar fear fans of this genre expect. There are several more variations but this image seemed to resonate the best. Kendall has more imagery that will be released as the process moves forward. ​The images are beautiful, surreal, and terrifying!

NORTH was completed on January 11, 2023. Kendall created the concept for the film on November 18, 2022. Since it's conception, Kendall has spent countless hours writing the screenplay and developing the imagining that goes along with it.  The script has been read by several industry professionals, and has received fantastic reviews across the board.
